A Medicare rebate may be available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or appropriate medical professional. Chronic Disease Management Plan support is also available via GP referral (5 sessions per year).

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book an appointment. You can contact Candice directly to get started.
Is there a Medicare rebate available?
A Medicare rebate may be available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or appropriate medical professional. Speak with your doctor about whether this is right for you.
Do you support NDIS clients?
Yes. Vivid Minds Psychology welcomes plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients. Please get in touch to discuss your funding and support needs.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions are $240. A concession rate is available for Healthcare Card holders — please mention this when you get in touch.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Initial assessment sessions may be slightly longer.
What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee of $100 applies if an appointment is not cancelled at least 1 business day prior. SMS reminders are sent ahead of your appointment — you can confirm, reschedule, or cancel via SMS or email.
